I skipped the gym yesterday. I was utterly exhausted. This has not been a very good week so far. But I'll be back in the gym tonight. I'm debating on whether or not I want to make tonight my "run" night. (I switch my cardio up a lot).

I'm not making much progress, but I'm eating pretty healthy. Trying to hang tough. Easier said than done sometimes.

I am constantly freezing at work and covered in a coat. It is driving me nuts!

LindsB ~ I'm always cold at work too....but I think it's because my classroom is wicked warm. We literally have the windows wide open around noon and it's still warm in there. Then, I have to go to other classrooms to help out in there and they're in the "older" part of the building so the heat doesn't work consistently so it's freezing!! Makes leaving my warm class that much harder!

Miztaccen ~ COFFEE CRISP!!! I love Coffee Crisp. Thankfully they don't sell it down here in the states, but I usually stock up when I go up to Canada. Coffee Crisp and the Cadbury Cream Egg candy bars. Canada has such good candy bars! haha

Stella ~ Look at you and your big drops in both night time weighing and BF%. You rock

It's been snowing since like 3am and it's still snowing and coming down hard. The snow is definitely over a foot right now and it's supposed to keep snowing all day long. I'm hoping for a delayed opening tomorrow, even though I know it won't happen. LOL

Chel - Omg the cream eggs are the BEST!!! I love those!

Lin - Sometimes it's best to have a day of rest instead of forcing yourself with it.

Linds ~ I'm the same way....I feel really guilty when I skip a day. But I try to remember that sometimes your body definitely needs a day of rest here and there.

I agree with Chele. Sometimes you just need a day. Doesn't mean you've fallen off the wagon. Just hop back on tomorrow

I was going to take a day of rest tomorrow but I ended up making an appointment with a personal trainer at the gym..... at 8am. WHAT WAS I THINKING?!?!? I did end up doing a work out today too. All in all I like the gym but the girl at the front desk is a total b****! I don't know where anything is in that gym or how everything works so if I have to ask a question she makes me feel like a complete idiot!

I did soooo good today! I had the pot roast, but I had my portion that I had calculated out ahead of time & then took my plate to the sink. Then, I left before my MIL started making brownies!!! I'm so ready to be in the 170s that even brownies isn't going to break me down! I even did Dance with Julianne: Just Dance to make sure I covered myself on that pot roast 170s, here I come!

School is cancelled for tomorrow too.....I love when they call it the night before!!! But that means my WW meeting is cancelled too which makes me sad because we were supposed to get all of the information tomorrow so that we could actually start the program.

hey ladies
about to head to bed, but wanted to stop by.

congrats to everyone on the scale wins and nsv's.
madison - great on turning down the brownies. you'll have brownies later, but saying hi to the 170s is going to feel so much better.

I am signing up this friday for the annual 10K in April. My goal is do better than last year. Problem is I was about 20lbs less when I ran it. Training should definitely help with this.

There aren't enough hours in the day. On top of work, the gym, and like 3 committees I'm on, I am also trying to study for the GMAT so I can apply to grad school for 2012. What am I about to get myself into??

Morning Ladies!!!

OMG They are giving out free spicy chicken biscuits from Chick Fil A at work this morning. *shakes fists at the weight loss gods* REALLY?!

So glad it's Thursday!!!! That means the weekend is so close I can taste it.

Why do boys have to be so flippin' frustrating? The boys I want to like me half a$$ed pay attention and the boys that I'm not interested in or not ready to be involved with fall all over me. *face palm*

LindsB My daughter woke up around 615 and I told her today was Thursday. Then around 7 something when it was lighter outside, she said today was Friday because I told her it was Thursday at night time and since it's morning, it's now Friday... I didn't tell her but I wished it was Saturday myself! :P

Star You can do it! ! ! Go girl!

I'm hungry. No time to get breakfast in... Had to get myself look more "presentable" than other days since I got a meeting to go to with higher mgmt. Sigh.
