TOM totally drains my energy...i opted for a 5 hour energy this morning to help...hopefully it gives me the energy to paint RIGHT when I get home from work then go to the gym a little later.

Jennie - Yup. It's not as good as the one for the XBOX Kinnect, but it does work. I like it. It comes with a belt, and you put the remote in the belt right over your hip. It's fun! Has an instructional area to teach you the steps and then workouts and party mode. It is pretty cool! I like the music.
Hi Madison! Welcome back

Uh, that sounds awesome.

Boys really don't understand what we go through with TOM. They have no idea...

Cheshirecat-it is fun. I was playing with my cousin and even even though she had more points then me, she was only moving her hand with the wii remote in it, wile i was moving my WHOLE body! lol. I was trying to do all of their moves. So you can get a good workout from it!

And they really don't. Boys just dont understand. . . lol.

So I'm sitting here at work, opened my drawer to get some almonds for snack and saw bunch of chocolate and candies and meringue cookies I brought in before... I picked them up, put them in the trash without even hesitation. I didn't even open it up to see if there's anything I want before throwing them out.

Feral Today's my rest day according to my workout plan but I'm thinking about doing 30DS... just not feeling like resting.

platformmine Yay on losing weight even on vacation!

misstraveller Zumba for wii? Oh! I gotta check that out! I have zumba workout dvd and love zumba classes too (when I can make it..)

Madison That's awesome that you got to lose!

So I gotta ask what is zumba? I've never heard of it but it sounds fun! Also I'm hoping to get the wii fit as a vday gift. Does anyone do that?

Okay let's play how fast can Alana text before her boss shows up right behind her. Go!

Stella - try it. Its what all those body builder guys use to keep lifting all that they do on a continuous basis. Works wonders. Its water and so much more for your muscles.

Working out during TOM feels better after. And that number on the scale takes a nosedive.

Food - OP. Check. Water - I have to pee a lot so that's good. Workout and kickboxing tonight with TOM staying the week.

I JUST ordered Zumba for Wii today.

My DH got me the Dance Revolution 2 for Xmas and some other exercise game.

Now I just need to start using them.

I've been staying on plan since New Years...we have my twins 1st bday party this weekend...and then after that I'm hitting it full force. I'm going to try to cut down on the carbs more and eat more lean meats, etc. I want to change my life for the good. But I don't want to completely eliminate things...because then I'll just end up where I am now.

WannaBe Zumba is cardio workout. It's like aerobics but latin based. So it uses Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Mambo, Reggaeton, Samba, even some belly dancing... It's fun and lots of sweat and cardio for sure!

mmel3283 Good luck with your plan. No matter what the plans are, it will work if you stick to them.

Cheshirecat ~ They have to reschedule the Parent/Teacher night? BOO!!!

Stella ~ Hope you're starting to feel better.

mmel ~ One year birthday parties are tons of fun!!! Great job being on plan

Alana ~ you did good!!!

I like working out during TOM too because I feel less crampy and I love the big whoosh after it's all done.

I went ice skating on the pond down the street from our house with my nieces today and my older niece and I were there for over an hour. My feet are killing me because the skates are a bit tight on my wide feet and I'm finally thawing out now, but it was a ton of fun!!

Haley ~ I only wiped out once!! haha And I am totally blaming it on the fact that it's a pond where tons of people have pick up hockey games, so there are huge ruts all over the place.

My legs and feet are killing me and I'm so tired!! I might have to do this more often this winter. My niece will be all for it

Jumping in...

Chele: my feet totally die after like 5 minutes in skates. I'm told it's the rentals but you are a champion for getting through that hour!

Everyone with awesome video games: apparently I am missing out bigtime and need to lean a little harder on my console-owning friends to invite me over.

Today was the first day of class for my second semester of grad school, which can only go better than the first. I am finally, belatedly, making appointments to talk about ideas for my thesis, but I am dreading "introduce yourself" spiels this week.

Of course, first thing today I discovered my rookie mistake of setting the alarm to 8 PM rather than 8 am. Made it to class anyway, whew!
