Default Moving Surprises...

So I'm currently in the process of moving. I had to pack and clean an entire apartment that I've lived in for 2.5 years (my roommate didn't help AT all and was already gone. I had to throw away her moldy food she left...yeah). I was literally scrubbing floors at like 2am to get it done in time! Lol.

I ran up and down 3 stories all day yesterday to pack up. I was carrying and pulling huge boxes. I didn't even think about it at the time because I was so focused on the task! I was actually disappointed in myself that I didn't work out yesterday! Well today I woke up SUPER sore! Lol. And when I stepped on the scale despite eating badly all week-back down to 146!

So moving was a pain in the booty but an excellent work out! I wish I could find an exercise routine like it! I wasn't bored (I get so bored at the gym!), I was working hard and didn't even notice, and it gave me the results I was looking for! Lol. Anyone need help moving soon?

Anyone else had a good surprise this week?

I always feel like that after I clean the buildings I work in (I work for a music academy, and we've got two houses that we operate out of, I'm not cleaning huge office buildings XD). I'm like oh boo, I didn't work out today, but then I'm sore the next day from scrubbing toilets and schlepping bags of garbage around for a couple hours. Maybe I should clean my room next!

That's awesome! I always gain weight during a move. I think it's because I can't really cook and end up going the fast food route.
