Avie - Good for you for getting inspired for an unscheduled gym trip! I eat between 1340 and 1540 calories a day (I like to try and zig zag - low day, high day, low day, high day, etc) and I try to get at least 40 minutes of cardio in 4-5x a week. Don't forget the importance of drinking water, either!

So I'm only down half a pound. Not what I wanted but better than gaining or nothing. I'm going to revamp my Vday challenge because, obviously, I'm not making it. My new goal will be 175, which is roughly a pound a week for the next three weeks. Deffinitely doable.

Redliss - That's doable, hang in there! I had to change my goal too, I'm working my *** off but there's no way I'm making 169 by Vday :C

Arg. Daily fluctuations suck sometimes. Up 0.5lb, but I did a measurements check since I looked smaller in the mirror this morning and it turns out I lost half an inch on my waistline and in my hips since my last check (fall) yay It takes me forever to lose inches, I generally lose 0.5-1inch for every 10lbs I lose.

Today is going to be a low-cal day and a lower-impact workout day, I'm thinking some nice walking.

ALSO, my mom might get an elliptical for the house HOORAY!

i really hate the fact that these pounds are taking foreeeeever to come off. i guess not having as much time to do intense workouts as i used to is playing a role, and my body is probably just trying to maintain this weight before it lets me go even lower... anyway, i did weigh in at 176.5 this morning, which is the lowest i've ever seen in a long time! hopefully i keep it up (and coming onto 3fc to keep up w/ everyone's progress!)

I can't believe I'm back again! But after months of being off-track, and a 8 lbs gain, here I am. Excited about losing again, and even about exercise. I hope to be out of the 170's by March, as they are the first lbs, they should go a bit quicker.

Weighing in at 176! Even though I've gained back, it's hard to believe I'm still almost 80 lbs down!

I eat anywhere from 1250-1500 cals a day. Usually higher cals on the weekend. I work out at a fitness boot camp 5x a week for an hour a day =)

Ok, I dont want to be a Debbie Downer, but I'm feeling that way. I made a goal of 168 by Feb 11th - my birthday - but I just don't think there is ANY way I can do that. And that's ok, but I still feel bummed. I was 178.0 today so I'm only up .2 AND that was 3 hours earlier than I weighed the other day, so I know that I'm probably 177 BUT there's no way I'll meet my goal. :/ It could be worse - I could still be staring at 182. I just was really hoping to be done with this losing BS by the end of April & it seems to be moving more slowly than I wanted.

Ugh. That's all. Sorry to b*tch.

Platform and kriz.. Thx for sharing your workout routines and cals. I thinki eat waaay more than you.. Between 1600 and 1800 a day. About 95% of what i eat is on plan. Im just trying to keep everything realistic and sustainable. Hwvr it is inspiring and motivating to see you both succeed so nicely.

Redliss... 175 is a greatbgoal and vday is a wys away. You can definitelt do it!!

Leslie... Woohoo! Confrats on the 177.6. You onlyhave lower numbers to see from here!

Missy, congrats to you too! Dont worry about being slow to come off, thats just life. So happy it is coming off, that's th tough part!

Quil, welcome! We are happy to have you here but you'll be out in no time. Congrats on the 80lbs!

Madison, just let it out, lol!! You're doing great and you cant get worked up sbout a week here or there.

Well, for me, ive had a great day!! Actually, it was quite stressful at work so i came home and ran it out on the treadmill... Almost 3.6miles! Myveating has been great. As always i missed my weigh inthis morning in the rush but this evning post workout i was 176.5. I am still dying to see 175....i am truly working for every 0.1 pound but it makes it all the more exciting t see it come off

So excited to be here with such an active and supportive group of ladies in the 170's. The scale read 179.5 this morning so I'm claiming it and plan on moving on down. I would love to be out of the 170's by the time I go to a wedding on March 5th.
