  • 1 (10/1): Did 1 mile to my Leslie Sansone DVD. I wanted to do two, but no time.
    2 (10/2): None - it was a hectic day...although I did have to do some painting for my mom - that was definitely a workout!
    3 (10/3): Did 3 miles to Leslie Sansone DVD (36 mins).
    4 (10/4): None - Ugh, what is wrong with me?! At this rate I won't meet my goal.
    5 (10/5): 1 mile to Leslie Sansone DVD. That's all I could eek out today. It's better than nothing!

  • I'm going to pledge 25 workouts this month. I'm taking a week and a half trip to California for my GF's wedding and I'm going to try and workout while I'm down there.

  • I'm hoping for 27 workouts this month. I'm getting a large-area tattoo all day on the 21st though, so we'll see how it goes after that.

    10/5 = 22 minutes stationary bike (better than the 0 minutes I wanted to do)
    10/6 = Day Off (urgh...it's hard so far this month to push myself into it)
    10/7 = 25 minutes stationary bike

  • I'm going to try to exercise atleast 17 days of the 31 for Oct! I'd like to do more but my schedule is super busy so I'm trying to keep it realistic so as to not disappoint myself.

    Oct 1: 17 minutes on the exercise bike, 5 mins on the eliptical 1/17
    Oct 2: 1 hour walk 2/17
    Oct 3: off day
    Oct 4: unplanned off day >:-(
    Oct 5: 30DS L1, 1 hour bellydance 3/17
    Oct 6: unplanned off day again. I hate my busy schedule.
