  • Round two for me =) I'm excited and re-motivated! I want October to be BETTER than September (and Sept was pretty epic).

    I would like to exercise 27 out of 31 days, and to get in as many bike rides as physically possible!

  • I need to re-focus myself a little bit this month, so count me in! I'm going for 25/31 in October.

    10/1: Day off
    10/2: 1.25 hours of yoga, 1 hour on elliptical
    10/3: 3 hours of yoga, 1 hour on elliptical
    10/4: 1.25 hours of yoga

  • I'd like to join in on this! I'm going to go for 26/31 days. Fridays are my day off though so I won't post anything tonight.
  • I'm hoping for 27 workouts this month. I'm getting a large-area tattoo all day on the 21st though, so we'll see how it goes after that.

  • 1 (10/1): Did 1 mile to my Leslie Sansone DVD. I wanted to do two, but no time.
  • Haven't done a monthly challenge in over a year.. these were always good at 'holding myself to' working out Probably will do mostly zumba and pole fitness. Considering the 30 days for $30 at Curves, but idk.. Good luck, ladies!

    10.6.10 - 60 min adding dirt/bricks to ferret pen (dig, carry, crawl, walk)
    10.7.10 - 55 min adding dirt to ferret pen (dig, carry, crawl, walk)

    10.9.10 - going to see Kerrelyn Sparks and have new book signed!

  • Aiming for 22 days.

    10/1: Boot Camp Day 20 (last day) - 60 minutes 1/22
    10/2: 5K Red October Run - 42:50 minutes 2/22

  • I'm going to pledge 25 workouts this month. I'm taking a week and a half trip to California for my GF's wedding and I'm going to try and workout while I'm down there.

    2 (10/2): None - it was a hectic day...although I did have to do some painting for my mom - that was definitely a workout!

    Not off to the best start for this month due to not fitting in exercise around too much relaxing and birthday fun times but I'm right back onto it once work is done today.
