Haven't done a monthly challenge in over a year.. these were always good at 'holding myself to' working out Probably will do mostly zumba and pole fitness. Considering the 30 days for $30 at Curves, but idk.. Good luck, ladies!

10.8.10 - none (everyday walking)
10.9.10 - going to see Kerrelyn Sparks and have new book signed! Week 1 Exercise: 2.67/3 hours

10.10.10 - 30 min fixing ferret pen / clearing brush
10.11.10 - 25 min pole fitness, 20 min zumba
10.12.10 - 15 min crawling around ferret pen
10.13.10 - 5 min " " Week 2 Exercise: 1.58/3 hours
Week 3
10.18.10 - 35 min zumba
10.19.10 - 35 min zumba
10.20.10 - RIP Tigger
10.22.10 - 30 min walking ferrets, 30 min zumba Week 3 Exercise: 2.17/3 hours

10.25.10 - 15 min walk, 20 min zumba, 10 min Cardio Striptease (dvd 1) warmup

10.27.10 - 35 min zumba

Total Exercise: 8.5/12 hours (465/720 min)

I'm going to pledge 25 workouts this month. I'm taking a week and a half trip to California for my GF's wedding and I'm going to try and workout while I'm down there.
10.01.2010 - 1/25 60mins: P90X - Legs & Back; 15mins: P90X - Ab Ripper X; 1 mile walk uphill
10.02.2010 - 2/25 60mins: P90X - Kenpo X
1 (10/1): Did 1 mile to my Leslie Sansone DVD. I wanted to do two, but no time.
2 (10/2): None - it was a hectic day...although I did have to do some painting for my mom - that was definitely a workout!
10/1 = Day Off
10/2 = Day Off (My birthday)
10/3 = Day Off
Not off to the best start for this month due to not fitting in exercise around too much relaxing and birthday fun times but I'm right back onto it once work is done today.
