  • Im going for doing at least 30 mins of cardio 5 days each week for a minimum of 20 days for the month.

    1st- No exercising bad me
    2nd- No exercising bad me
    3rd- 30 mins Wii Tennis and 30 mins Wii boxing 1/20
    4th- 30 mins elliptical 2/20
    5th- 30 mins Wii sports split beteen tennis and boxing 3/20
    6th- 30 mins elliptical 4/20
    7th- 30 mins elliptical 5/20
    8th- Day off
    9th- 30 mins elliptical 6/20
    10th- Day off
    11th- 30 mins elliptical 7/20
    12th- 30 mins elliptical 8/20
    13th- 30 mins elliptical 9/20
    14th- Day off
    15th- 1hr tennis 10/20
    16th- Day off
    17th- 40 mins wii fit plus 11/20
    18th- 30 mins elliptical 12/20
    19th- No exercising, emotional drama sapped my will
    20th- Still lack of will from day before, did some lawn maintenance instead
    21st- back to the gym hooray! 30 mins elliptical 13/20
    22nd- no gym but 2 hrs dragging tree branches from the back yard to the front for pickup so I'm counting it lol 14/20
    23rd- 30 mins elliptical 15/20
    24th-15 mins elliptical 30 mins vigorous household activities 16/20
    25th- 30 mins wii fit plus 17/20
    26th- was supposed to play tennis but friend canceled last minute
    27th- 30 mins elliptical 18/20
    28th- 35 mins wii fit 19/20
    29th- 30 mins elliptical 20/20




  • Going for 25/31.

    1 (10/1): Did 1 mile to my Leslie Sansone DVD. I wanted to do two, but no time.
    2 (10/2): None - it was a hectic day...although I did have to do some painting for my mom - that was definitely a workout!
    3 (10/3): Did 3 miles to Leslie Sansone DVD (36 mins).

    10/1 = Day Off
    10/2 = Day Off (My birthday)
    10/3 = Day Off
    10/4 = 30 minute bike ride

    October 2nd: Walked Half a mile.
    October 3rd: NONE.
  • I'm going to try to exercise atleast 17 days of the 31 for Oct! I'd like to do more but my schedule is super busy so I'm trying to keep it realistic so as to not disappoint myself.

    Oct 1: 17 minutes on the exercise bike, 5 mins on the eliptical
    Oct 2: 1 hour walk
    Oct 3: off day

  • I'm hoping for 27 workouts this month. I'm getting a large-area tattoo all day on the 21st though, so we'll see how it goes after that.

    10/2 - 2of27. 50min elliptical, 25min treadmill
    10/3 - 3of27. 30min elliptical, 15min treadmill
    10/4 - 4of27. 45min elliptical, 30min treadmill, 40min weight training

  • I'm going to pledge 25 workouts this month. I'm taking a week and a half trip to California for my GF's wedding and I'm going to try and workout while I'm down there.

    10.01.2010 - 1/25 60mins: P90X - Legs & Back; 15mins: P90X - Ab Ripper X; 1 mile walk uphill
    10.02.2010 - 2/25 60mins: P90X - Kenpo X
    10.03.2010 - Rest Day
    10.04.2010 - 3/25 60mins: Core Synergistics
    10.05.2010 - 4/25 40mins: Cardio X; 3 mile walk
