Ooo. I don't know about SparkPeople. I use Livestrong's one, and I usually tragically guess, and put in like "250 cals" under cardio or something custom.
ALSO, lol, sadly I gained 4lbs! I think its at least part water weight. I'll wait till this saturday when I'm all on plan all week to change the ticker. LOL.
Took a bit of a break before starting the fourth week tomorrow.
I have noticed that clothes fit better even if the weight loss has been slow. So I'm motivated to keep going. The only bad part about a break is pressing 'play' and getting back into the rhythm.
Are you girls still going? This thread kind of died. Tomorrow marks the halfway point for me! Haven't missed a day yet. Though sometimes I do sub in an Exercise on Demand workout occassionally, but I also do the same genre of work out. Also, I do not like Ab Ripper, so I always do a different video for abs.
Hey Jenn, yeah I'm still going. I actually restarted tonight. I came down with an insane virus and had no energy to workout for nearly an entire week. It would've been my 3rd week, but I decided it would make more sense to just start all over.
I hate Ab Ripper as well. With a passion. After working out so hard during the strength training videos, I can never muster up the strength/energy to do majority of the ab exercises.
Still going, almost done actually. I should be done next week, I'll be finishing up on the 18th, but I might push it back to the 19th, so I can skip my b-day which is this saturday. I don't really want to do that on my bday. Boo. LOL.
I don't know where Rachel went. I hope she's okay. I sent her a PM the other day, but I haven't heard back yet.
Anyways, going good. I really want to be done with it, lol. I'm going to go the Biggest Loser boot camp dvd next, after taking a few days off, and then maybe go through the lean version again!
I've already lost 20lbs with this. I love it... most of the time.
I so so just want to be done. It's been well worth it, but... WHEW. I woke up at 5, went to work till 4, highlighted and cut 3 friends' hair last night, got home at 8:30, did my p90x, ate, took a bath and went to bed. I'm beat. WOW, no more energy.
I need to go find where I wrote down what I weighed the day I started so I can get an actual 'lost' number. Hhhm.
I was up a little from t-giving, but hopefully I'll be back to 219 like I was before then when I do my weigh in on Saturday. Or lower. That'd be okay too, lol.

Yeah, that's my plan. I'm going to add in the Insanity program on the cardio days, and just skip kenpo, plyo and cardio altogether. I've been off nearly 3 weeks and gained 3 pounds, and so I'm actually ready to get back into it.
I have another week. So ready to be over and see my results. I'm at 219.3 as of Saturday, but I don't do the point-whatever numbers, so 219 it is! I'm okay with my loss and have accepted that I won't be 199 by new years, and that's totally okay. This is a forever thing and it needs to be slow and steady to win this race, and keep it off! Besides, I like having my skin go back in slooowly. And it'll have more time to take in all the lotion, lol.
Hi girls! Still trucking along. I have been subbing Exercise on Demand workouts more and more though I get so bored with things when I know whats coming. I'm still working out 45-60 minutes a day/6-7 days a week though.
I'm on the 2nd recovery week today. I felt bad about my food choices yesterday, so today instead of Yoga, I did 1/2 plyo and 3/4 of Jillian Michaels 6week 6pack.
So, I started at 237. I ended at 218.1. Pretty good. I lost a pants size, and inches all over.
I didn't have time this morning to check where and how many inches I lost, I have to do that later. I might do it early Saturday morning, my official weigh in day, so I can have another recovery day, lol.
All in all, I'll do it again. I'm going to take 8 weeks off, 6 of them will be the spent doing the Biggest Loser 6 week boot camp DVD. Maybe then I'll do the lean again. I really liked it, save the YogaX dvd!
