So I've been hiding. LSAT preparing has been wreaking havoc on my schedule. I swear I've been all consumed for around 4 months now and its tomorrow! A part of me is very pumped. I've been drilling, PTing, and just going nuts. Well, its here. Another part is nervous thinking, there's so much I could have done, my last section was NOT good, and it could be awful and I could be one of those high gpa low lsat kids. Gah!!!! Anyways, I haven't weighed myself and haven't been eating well and haven't worked out in four days, which is probably the most time I've had off in well over a year. Anyways, back on track after the test. Its time to just kill the test. Anything that can go right, will.

congrats to all on their losses. Tremendous job!

Good luck tomorrow redliss7!

It was my birthday this past weekend so my diet or exercising was not up to par at all. I'm a little scared to weigh myself. I think I'll give it two more days.

Just remember AP, one weekend will not cause you to gain those 26 pounds that you lost back! Hope you had a good birthday nonetheless!

Good luck, redliss! You sound prepared, I'm sure you'll do fine!

Well, my weigh in is tomorrow. I don't know if I'll be down from my previous 188.6 or not with all the running I started doing again this week, and having a bad eating day yesterday. We'll see though! Only a couple pounds from being out of "obese!"

Okay, I'm back for real this time. I have been slacking off WAY too much, and surprisingly (thank GOD) I have not regained that much. As of yesterday, I'm up to 188. With as badly as I've been eating and as little physical activity as I have been getting, I was expecting to see that dreaded 200 lbs again, so I couldn't be happier with that stupid 188. I still want to see it gone though, so as of today I am back on track!

I'm planning on cereal for breakfast, subway for lunch (i didn't have time to go to the grocery store to buy my usual lunch food), and I'm not sure about dinner....but I AM GOING to go to the gym after work. I already packed my gym back last night, so no excuses. I am hoping to be out of the 180s in a month, and to my goal by October!!!

It seems like you are all doing a great job. I haven't really had a chance to go back and read EVERYTHING, but I'll try and catch up later. =D

Finally out! At 179.3, and ready to kick butt through the 170s. No longer obese, and in a few months, hopefully no longer overweight!!

DivineFidelity: You've already done an amazing job with weight loss, so a little slip up is minor in comparison. You sound committed, and I'm sure you'll be out of the 180s in no time. Looks like you're getting close to your goal!

Congrats fivestone! See you in the 170s!

Divinefidelity
, looks like we've come about the same distance. I know what you mean about setbacks. I always have that thought... oh if I'da just stuck through that month or two I could have been so much closer by now!

But the good thing is you're not up to 200 again, you're haven't gained that much, and you're back on track. And even though you've been "slacking off" you gained less than you thought you did, so you probably weren't slacking as much as you would have in the past to gain the weight.

I'm at 186.2 today. Looking forward to seeing my new lows all the time now, because the first time I remember weighing myself in like the 9th grade I was in the 190s. I won't be out of the 180s by the time I leave the world of internet for my summer job, but when I return in August hopefully I'll have kept on track and you all will see me in the low 170s or even the 160s!

Ok 187.4.. not too bad just 3 lbs. But, time of month is also coming so I don't think it was just my eating or drinking that caused the weight gain. Definitely something that I can bounce back from and I hope to lose it by the end of this week!

185 today. Has to be water retention from being sore. Won't let it affect me, just have to keep doing what I'm doing.

185.2 or 185.8. The scale kept fluctuation. I'm losing inches, but the scale isn't cooperating! At least I know I'm losing fat. I've lost 17.5 inches and over 7 lbs over 2.5 weeks, so I won't give up. It's just really frustrating that the scale isn't going down now. I was losing .4 everyday before this from eating 1500 daily and burning 500-700 cals from exercise.

missyRxOx Good luck!! Hope you're officially in the 170s tomorrow!!

Yay! Found the 180's thread!

So yesterday I reached 189.8! Today I was worried I was going to gain, since I'm right on that boarder, but I totally didnt! I'm again 189.8 this morning, which is fine by me! lol

I have p90x Plyometrics today, so I will definitely be burning some calories and I already got in a nice walk.

I hope everyone is doing well and I'm excited about getting out of the 180's!
