Thanks JESS!! I think I'll look up freedieting and get a feel for "zig zagging" or an outline of calories for my day.

I have been working a lot harder actually, and my instructor switches our classes up all the time so that we aren't always doing the same things... our classes burn anywhere from 800-1100 cals in that hour...and believe me, I feel it!!

Anyways girls, have a lovely Saturday evening!!

HALEY - What was your thoughts on Remember Me ????

EDIT : Jess, I checked freedieting, and for fast fat loss or whatever, my low days would be 1560 and my high days would be more like 1900... that sounds reasonable!

"Dear weight, GET THE EFF OFF MY BODY!" hahaha thats my daily prayer...starting now!!

Hey ladies! I don't have time to go through everyone because I have to pack and get ready to drive back up to school today. Spring break is over! and I have a test on wednesday so that's all I'll be dealing with this week.

Harrisburg was a blast! No one has posted pictures yet of friday, but when I was looking through my camera I saw a bit of a difference between when I was there for new years eve, and friday night's pictures. So that was reassuring! The shirt is being returned though. Just as soon as I set foot in the bar (sober, mind you), the beading started falling off!! I did not pay 40 dollars on a gorgeous shirt for it to fall apart so easily! It fell off in the center, and it's really loose on the straps.

The drive back yesterday was miserable though! I drive a 2 door 2003 hyundai accent...aka: the world's tiniest car. It was SO windy yesterday that my car was being pushed around...it was raining so I couldn't go over 55 without my car hydroplaning, and the mist from the other cars and trucks was blinding me! And I had to go to the bathroom REALLY bad because I couldn't use the bathroom with 6 people outside the door. I really hope the rain stops before I leave because I don't want to deal with this again!!

I'm scared to step on the scale today...I was good all week until thursday. Yesterday I was good again..but I feel that I probably gained.

Well I'm off to do some packing and such. Have a great day!

I will come back later and comment longer... but just wanted to say to girls who understand, that I'm pissed ('scuse the word, please). Vanity sizing sucks, and I've gained a lot more weight back than I thought. I'm frustrated with myself, and thank God that it's a beautiful day out, because after my errands, I'm going for a freakin run. I don't want to sound like I'm crying for attention/pity about it, but I just wanted to type it down somewhere, and I thought you all would understand. Just needed to vent. Thanks -- I'll calm down after I go run.

Jules - It's always like that. Whenever I gain weight back, I'm like oh it's not that bad, and then pretty soon my pants aren't fitting and I'm wearing sweatpants permanently because I have no clothes. And then I'd refuse to weigh myself for a few months and that's just disastrous. It's ok, at least you're aware of it and getting back on track so you've taken the hardest step already. Have fun on the run!

Jenny - I don't really know calorie ranges any more. I eat until I'm full but usually that means I'll be under so I've been supplementing. And some days are really high and other days are really low. I'd say just listen to your body. It knows you best

In good news, I'm 3.5 pounds away from being out of the 200s and back into Onederland. WOHOOOOOO.

Thanks Jess -- I actually didn't run, but took my dog on a super long much needed walk for both of us. She's been cooped up inside because of the rain, so we both enjoyed being out. It went from snow on the ground here and 30's, to 65 and no snow in like, 3 days. Spring is finally here in Minnesota, yay! I was able to clear my mind a little bit, and you are right, realized that I'm mis-stepped a bit, and will have to work harder to get back to comfortable. Thanks for understanding! Hope everyone has a good rest of their weekend!!

Ugh. Worst off plan weekend ever. I feel like I have a food/lack of water hang over.

The beach was effin' awesome though!!!! And I got to go to a Buddhist temple for service this morning which was really cool.

Ladies, I have to get BACK ON PLAN hardcore. I have decided I will allow myself one OFF PLAN meal in Atlanta. The girl I'm staying with is vegetarian so eating at the house won't be an issue. Sunday afternoon the old skool crew is getting together for lunch/drinks so that will be my cheat.

I'm scared to get on the scale tomorrow.

This weekend was pretty good. I didn't eat all the best (cheeseburger and fries for lunch yesterday, but salad for dinner), but my friend and I did SO MUCH WALKING!!!! We left my house around 10am yesterday morning and shopped until we literally dropped. I got her back to her sister's apartment at 10:30 last night! Except for when we were in the car driving, we were up walking around.

One of the stops was to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, so I got myself some fun snacks that hopefully will get me out of the "eat every piece of candy you can find" mood I have been in lately!!! haha I went to the gym this morning when I woke up and have been feeling it ever since!!! My god, my legs are killing me and I didn't even really do all that much considering what I normally do at the gym. I'm falling apart in my old age LOL

I've missed you all, to! Wow, so many new faces! I have to do some catching up. I've been VERY lucky though, I've been off plan for a good year now and not gained ONE pound back. I'm amazed really And I mean OFF PLAN. Fast food and all. I'm starting my walking again tomorrow night, now that the snow has melted
I'm ready. I'm so ready.... need to lose these last 70 lbs or so!

Back in FL. Sorry I haven't been around to chat... I'm sad that spring break is over and frustrated about losing weight and blah!

I think my interviews at Rutgers went really well.

Also, I went to Applebee's recently twice and I've always hated it there but I actually really liked the shrimp diavolo and the dijon chicken both on the under 550 cal menu! So that's cool.
