I met my goals for yesterday! (Minus the grocery shopping, bc I didnt go, and the 30ds. I havent gotten it in yet

)
My goals for the day are:
to go for another workout with my trainer this morning,
to remember to pay rent
to keep track of all my food intake/points
to make a grocery list with points in mind (and to stick to it when I go shopping!)
Does anyone write on stuff with a Sharpie the point values of stuff?
I'm thinking that when I get home from grocery shopping, I might do that to everything in my pantry that doesnt have a point value on it.

Star I know how tough Linguistics can be, I'm a Health Communications major, and I had that class last semester. (Our Dept Head taught it... not fun!) I'm sure that you will pull through and do great!!
