I met yesterday's goal and I am leaving for lunch in less than an hour! The restaurant we're going to has a really yummy salad bar, so I'm golden!
I feel like setting another goal for today--I keep feeling tempted to give in to all the junk that's in my house (cuz I'm home for Spring break, and my family eats utter crap), so I'm going to aim not to eat ANYTHING outside of the foods that are "mine"--i.e. I will not lay a finger on any of the cake, cookies, chips, sugary cereals, etc that are my mom's or my brother's... Only the foods that *I* picked out at the grocery store yesterday, that have already been pre-approved for my consumption!
