Set one goal today
 
My goal today!

4.3 mile run.

I'm trying to train for a 10K in April. Gotta keep pushing myself!


What's yours? Make is simple and plausible.

I am going out for dinner tonight with a couple of my friends, so try and eat a healthy dinner instead of lot of bad things!

I typically stick with the elliptical at the gym but my goal today is to do 20 minutes high intensity on the elliptical, followed by 10 minutes of running and 5 minutes of walking on the treadmill.

I'd like to get back into running so I can get outside on the trails this spring!

ohhh jahhh.... i feel you! i bought a mini one to do while i watch tv and WHEW!

i actually have 2- i exercise, 1 food

-to take a 45 min walk with the babies instead of the shred because i'm going dancing later.

-to skip the 4am dinner with the band after the bar because i NEVER make a good food choice ;)

We have a potluck at work every Friday and I brought my lunch to avoid eating the food. Everyone here brings things like chips, sour cream dip, peanutbutter brownies, etc and stuff like that always makes me want to gorge myself!

So My goal is to only eat the healthy things I brought from home!

My goal is to walk on the beach, even though it's only 45 degrees today. I walked on the beach a lot on my vacation and it's a GREAT thigh workout!
