today i will get back on track! i took a four day hiatus over the weekend with mini binges and no exercise. this was the first hiatus since i began the plan 9 weeks ago. and it felt crappy the whole way. the only way for me to get back on track is to jump in with super workout hour and limited cals tonight.
those are my goals.

Stay on plan - I am regaining self discipline when it comes to food. No more tasting, testing, nibbling, grazing or fridge raiding!

The other is to get in at least 45 minutes cardio and a weights session.

I am late coming to this thread, but I LOVE the idea of it!!

In efforts to get through this annoying 177-lbs-plateau, I have set a goal for this week to severely cut down my sugar intake... I realized that even though I was eating a low amount of calories, I was eating WAY too darn much of the sweet stuff!! So, I figure I can cut down on it for at least one week, and then by the end of this week maybe I'll be able to tell whether or not it made a difference, heh. So then I guess my daily goal for tomorrow will be the same as it was today--less sugar!

Alright, my Wednesday Goal.

No late night munchies.


I will achieve this goal by eating dinner at 6, working out around 7 30 or 8. Showering, having a piece of fruit and cup of tea for snack - then hoping into bed around 11 to read and pass out.

YAY, I stuck with my low-sugar goal for today! Feelin' good! But just to make things more interesting, I should set an actual goal that's specific for Thursday... Hmmm...

Okay, this might be a silly one, but does it have to be a weight-loss related goal? Because there is this guy that I work with who I really like... And he and I usually work at the same time on Thursdays... So I don't know if I can quite muster up the courage to ask him out or anything yet, but maybe I can set a goal to at least TALK to him, hehe. That shouldn't be too hard, since I'm generally a talkative person anyways, and I usually do chat with him a bit when I see him. But I get so tongue-tied! So maybe my Thursday goal should be that I'll talk to him without feeling like I've made an a** out of myself.

I stuck to my goal yesterday I started to get down on myself, then I was able to shake right out of it!!!!

My goal for today is to go to the gym- I don't even care if it's just for five minutes- I just need to be there (secretly I know I'll stay an hour if I go so I just to get my booty there)

Great job all on keeping your goals!!!

my goal for today is to do 30DS level 2 (for the first time) and one more workout- be it yoga, dancing, whatever. i skipped exercise yesterday AND went to happy hour so i feel like i should double up today and do an hour. it's ONLY an hour!
