Sheesh, I keep forgetting to come here and set a daily goal! Which sucks, because I sooo love this thread--it makes me feel so accomplished when I get to say that I met one of these goals, hehe. I'll have to be better about setting my goals earlier in the day from now on! Though, happily, I did meet the last-minute goal I set last night, heh.

I suppose my goal for the rest of the night is not to eat anything else except my nightly bedtime snack of piece of fruit (an apple tonight!)... And to drink lots of water, because the beans I had at dinner tasted juuust a bit salty, heh.

My goal for TOMORROW will be to snap back into eating OP! No matter how hard I try, the weekends always seem to throw me off a bit, but it's important to start off with a clean slate at the start of a new week! I feel like the way I act on Monday sets the tone for the whole week, so I'd better make sure I'm GOOD tomorrow!

My goal for today is to keep up the good-girl-groove that I got into this weekend by getting on the bike for 30 minutes AND to resist the mountain of chocolate cupcakes I baked yesterday (I know, I know, BAD, but I had some milk to use up and the DH was whining for some sweets)

to NOT SMOKE. quitting for a few years turned into once every 6 months turned into a few times a month turned into every weekend turned into like 1 a day. and that's not cool. i don't NEED it at all. don't love doing it. so it's out.

So, unfortunately I have to confess that I didn't eat great today, so I didn't quite meet my goal for today. Grrr! It's cuz I overate the other day and had a ton of sugar (after cutting my sugar intake for almost 2 weeks), and so now my sugar cravings have gone all haywire! So frustrating to have to go through the process of weaning myself off of it allll over again.

My goal for tomorrow is pretty obvious, then--NO SUGAR! Or at least, I need to get back into the habit of cutting down on it again... I know I can do it if I just stay strong...

My goal for today (err...later today since it's 1am) is to actually make it to my 10:30am yoga class! I have a 7:30am Finance midterm exam and predict I'll be passed out...but I'm going to give it my all to stay awake for Yoga!

I didn't exactly meet the enitire goal yesterday. I didn't meet the pushup goal or the elliptical because I had get home but I exceeded the running goal by time and speed......so, today I srtive for the running goal and AT least the push ups. Elliptical will just be icing on the cake.
