Sheesh, I keep forgetting to come here and set a daily goal! Which sucks, because I sooo love this thread--it makes me feel so accomplished when I get to say that I met one of these goals, hehe. I'll have to be better about setting my goals earlier in the day from now on!

Though, happily, I
did meet the last-minute goal I set last night, heh.
I suppose my goal for the rest of the night is not to eat anything else except my nightly bedtime snack of piece of fruit (an apple tonight!)... And to drink lots of water, because the beans I had at dinner tasted juuust a bit salty, heh.
My goal for TOMORROW will be to snap back into eating OP! No matter how hard I try, the weekends always seem to throw me off a bit, but it's important to start off with a clean slate at the start of a new week! I feel like the way I act on Monday sets the tone for the whole week, so I'd better make sure I'm GOOD tomorrow!
