My goal for today is leaving work 1/2 hour early and going straight home to do my 30DS then pick up the kids.

30DS here I come! LOVE the burn even though I did Taebo on Saturday and my whole back and side muscles are sore

My goal for tomorrow is to do any sort of exercise! Lift weights for 15 minutes? Interval train on the treadmill for 30 minutes? Anything!

my goal for today is to STAY ON TRACK after my weigh in whether it's good or bad. no self sabotage here!

oh, and i did meet my goal yesterday- i had one 50cal square of dark chocolate and it was oh so good. much better than eating the whole bar and feeling like throwing up foSHO.

I ran this morning before hubby left but am stuck at home otherwise. I have a little one that is home sick with 102 fever.

My goal is to do the 30DS today. I usually shop (more for the exercise than to buy anything) on this day so I plan to do 30DS to make up difference in calories.

my goal for today is drink 8 glasses of water, clean the house to keep myself busy so I won't snack mindlessly and waste all my calories. My SIL is preparing lasagna and garlic bread and caesar salad for dinner tonight so I'd like to eat without feeling guilty (though I'll probably skip either the bread or the salad...suggestions?)

also, I made a bundt cake so I wouldn't mind having a little piece of that but that's negotiable at this point.
