Laura you are doing great. I am so impressed with your commitment and determination.

I had a bump back up to 252 on Monday after my vacation but today I saw 248.8 on the scale. Let's all keep those numbers moving down.

Laura I hope neither one of us ever visit the 250's again!

Today I saw 247.8 on my scale. I have not weighed under 248 since 2003.
I feel even more motivated and committed having broken that barrier.

Scale was at 246.6 today so still going in the right direction.

Thanks for clearing the path ahead for me Laura. Pretty soon you are going to have to dig around and find the getting out of the 230's thread. That is so unbelievable to see 230's in print and know that those numbers are in my future.

Ubee, I'm all over the place lately. I have upped my exercise and I have to wonder if that is behind my gain/stall. I've been losing and gaining the same 2lbs for what seems like weeks now. I'm glad to see the end of June. I have no idea how the weekend will affect me and truly hope that I'm in an "increased muscle mass" phase because my body fat percentage has dropped even with the slight gain. We just have to take it a day at a time and make the best choices under the circumstances. Good luck to us both and Happy Fourth!! I have a double celebration opportunity as I'm a US based Canadian and am celebrating Canada Day on July 1st in addition to the 4th.

Onward and downward!!

Laura, changes to your exercise routine could definitely be the issue. Mine is not staying on plan the way I should. Enjoy your double holiday!

Last weekend was the anniversary of something very hard for me and I went into the weekend dreading it, tired, and emotional and I decided to not fight it and just give myself the weekend off. I paid for it and I spent this week undoing the damage. I am at 241.4 today. I'm leaving for a long weekend trip with my best friend to Vegas on the 15th and I definitely wont stay on Keto while I'm gone, so I'm really hoping to see the 230's before I leave.

Hey All!

I gave myself the weekend off from my diet and it resulted in a 4lb gain. I never left the 240s so I was relieved at that. Got back on plan and have already lost 3.2 so I know it was mainly water. My scale also showed my body fat dropping so I know that my stall was more than likely increased muscle mass. Overall I'm pleased.
