Last weekend was the anniversary of something very hard for me and I went into the weekend dreading it, tired, and emotional and I decided to not fight it and just give myself the weekend off. I paid for it and I spent this week undoing the damage. I am at 241.4 today. I'm leaving for a long weekend trip with my best friend to Vegas on the 15th and I definitely wont stay on Keto while I'm gone, so I'm really hoping to see the 230's before I leave.
