    This morning's weigh in was 247. Hope everyone has a great day!

  • Ubee, I'm thrilled that you are lower than your previous lowest weight. Way to go!!!

    I erased the long weekend gain and am down to my lowest weight in many, many years: 245. Woot!! I feel like my 'break' is over and I'm back at it with a renewed sense of commitment. Have a healthy weekend all!!!

    I had a bump up to 247.2 this morning. Going to be drinking my water...
  • Down to 244.6. May have a little uptick after our lunch at a winery but no biggie. Getting there slowly.

    Today's weigh-in was 245.4. I'm not sure why I'm losing so fast this past week but I am not complaining. I am mentally preparing myself for the fluctuation that will surely come. Keep up the good work ladies!!!

    boopchick what you said about fluctuations is so true. I want to notice an overall downward trend.
    I am not in such a hurry that I will burn out. I want to enjoy my life and that includes eating.
    Like Laura said getting there slowly.

    The important part is that we are getting there.

    Apparently I bore easily since I am ready to be out of the 240's already.
  • LOL Ubee! I'm reminded of when I was in the 'Getting out of the 250s & 260s" thread; I was so 'over' being in those decades it felt like forever. I guess we should be glad it's only a 10lb thread, unlike the 20lb threads that preceded them!! I can't be too hard on myself, but I did join this thread (i.e. hit the 240s) at the end of May so I'm ready to move along to the 230s.

    I did strength training yesterday and increased the weights so I expect a brief stall as my muscles recover and build, but hoping for another whoosh soon.

    Keep up the good work!! Onward and downward!!
  • TooManyDimples how are you doing? You're so close to the 230s and you mentioned a trip upcoming this weekend. Hope you check in and let us know how you're doing!!
  • I weigh 244 this morning. I'm looking back at my daily logs to see if I'm doing anything differently to explain this increased rate of loss. Believe me I am NOT sad about it but definitely wondering why. I think I have been unintentionally doing IF and if that's the reason why, all I can say is WOW...it really makes a difference!
