LOL Ubee! I'm reminded of when I was in the 'Getting out of the 250s & 260s" thread; I was so 'over' being in those decades it felt like forever. I guess we should be glad it's only a 10lb thread, unlike the 20lb threads that preceded them!! I can't be too hard on myself, but I did join this thread (i.e. hit the 240s) at the end of May so I'm ready to move along to the 230s.
I did strength training yesterday and increased the weights so I expect a brief stall as my muscles recover and build, but hoping for another whoosh soon.
Keep up the good work!! Onward and downward!!
