UGH!!! I'm not sure what exactly is going on, but two days ago I was back up to 257, from my low of 253. I don't think things changed that much, and it shouldn't be water retention/TOM. I'm irked, but I will keep plugging along. I refuse to change my sig, though. Too stubborn, and I WILL get back down again.

I am new to this thread. I am a 59 year old lady at 5' 8". I was 260 lbs. this morning and have 110 more lbs. to lose. I am trying to do this a day at a time. I need support; I am quite lonely and have isolated due to my weight. I have started walking around my house and will exercise more as I am more able to move my body. I need you guys!

Today was a difficult day. I felt anxious for most of the day. Work was stressful. So far I have stayed on my food plan. Scale was up some this morning but not due to overeating.

I just want to get better. I want to feel like myself again. I want to be a normal weight. I know....this is going to take time. Most likely over a year. A day at a time....

Hi everyone, coming back after a week of being sick, hate those summer colds! I did gain 0.2 last week and lost it again this week so i'm back to 263 today. Just glad i'm not up! Getting back into working out today so hoping next week will see better results!

Robinm - welcome and hang in there. I completely understand where you are coming from. It will take time but it's worth it in the end!

Jsmommy- you'll get back there! Being stubborn is the only way to be! You'll achieve your goal!

Hello Everyone new to the thread! I have been iffy about commenting because I have been at a 265-270 plateau for SOOOOOO long (lol). I always seemed to be jumping back and forth so whatever reason.

A friend suggested going meatless for a meal or two and see if that helped.... And tada it did! So instead of jumping 265-270(!). I am jumping from 255-259(260) now. I haven't been in this range for a few years! Probably more like 5 years maybe?

Anyways, happy to be here finally! And Hello!!

Weigh in this week has me still at 263 but i'm not copmplaining! Haven't eaten the best but did put in my garden this past weekend and it took 3 hours! Looking forward to the next week.

I am STILL stuck in the 250's. I slacked off when I started spending more time hanging out with and talking to the new guy I am seeing. I realize this now, and have communicated with him that I HAVE TO keep my focus on me. But on a more positive note, somehow even with my stall out, I am currently in the top 10 of the biggest loser challenge that I am doing. That has given me the kick in the pants I need to keep pushing on and work harder. I have never had any illusions of finishing in the top three for a prize spot, but I would LOVE to stay in the top 10. Final official weigh in is June 30. I'm going to keep whittling away at this weight and try to stay up there. Wish me luck!

I have sort of slacked off on posting as much lately. Busy with work, etc. I still read some and check in when I can. I hope this will be my last "official" post in this thread, as this morning I saw 249.6. Yes!!! I'm going to keep pluggin on, and will read to see how y'all are doing from time to time.
