Hello Everyone new to the thread! I have been iffy about commenting because I have been at a 265-270 plateau for SOOOOOO long (lol). I always seemed to be jumping back and forth so whatever reason.
A friend suggested going meatless for a meal or two and see if that helped.... And tada it did! So instead of jumping 265-270(!). I am jumping from 255-259(260) now. I haven't been in this range for a few years! Probably more like 5 years maybe?
