Supremely busy day at work and in life but I'm down slightly by 0.7 to 196 - which is still up close to 4 lbs what I was just a couple days ago. Not quite sure what's going on here, don't have time to worry about it though.

Just wanted to say to Coon - overweight by vacay - go get 'em!!

258.2 down .8 since yesterday. I am positive I will see a gain tomorrow as I had a greasy burger for lunch yesterday with the hubby. Totally worth it.

I'm going to talk to my allergist about the burning/itching/red fingertips. I'm leaning away from contact allergy because A) it happens on fingers that make no contact and B) it's ONLY my fingertips, that last knuckle near the nail and up. It's so WEIRD. Luckily I have my daily log of foods, so I just write down when the reaction happens and go from there.

Ona - looks like your body is just making up for the 1lb loss last week. Better a few days late than never.

Dianna - good losing while on TOM!

Coon - yay new low!!

Fitkristi - I've always said I wish I had little drops every day. They make me so happy. Hooray!

Cinci - good drop !!

Angie and Starbrite - small gain, you girls will knock it back down in no time. get an extra tinkle in today

Aimee - no internet while at work would be nice some days. I tend to get distracted. hehe

That also puts me at 4.4lbs lost in the first week of October!

Hey girls! I don't know if you remember me from last month. I haven't been weighing daily, but I'm still on track and slowly dropping. I took a break for a weekend and pretty much ate whatever I wanted and went cocktailing, but I've lost back the three pounds I gained plus more.

I'm down just shy of 16 pounds, and hopefully I'll be in the 240's this week! Woot!

6: 215.4 (walked down 27 flights of stairs am & 30 minutes treadmill pm)
7: 215.4 (Time for the 215 to go)

BBL for personals. Hit the gym last night for 30 minutes on the treadmill - I think it's time that 215 gives way to a lower number. Don't think I'll make it to the gym today, I have to meet with a friend of the family after work to go over plans for her wedding cake I'm doing. How long that takes will determine whether or not I make it to the gym, but I don't think missing a day would be awful since I'm still not well.

I am a little sore so I know I can be holding onto some water. I watch my sodium pretty closely too so don't think it's a problem. My fingers aren't puffy and that's usually my first sign that I've had too much sodium/not enough water. I have a GWF so I know I'm burning more than I'm taking in. My calorie deficits are usually 900-1400 a day. I am actually considering bumping my calories back up to 1500.

My short post earlier was a bit unintentional, I was just settling down to write some replies (at work) and then I was interrupted and closed my window quickly!

Anyway my loss today was surprising but welcome TOM is due tomorrow but I'm (happily) not feeling the symptoms.

Thanks for the welcome, today was kind of rough had the munchies at work today but instead of giving in to cravings I ate my almonds.

Weight is steady going down which is a good thing hopefully it will continue.
