Great job on the Losses everyone!!

This morning I was 1 lb over from yesterday but still down .6 lbs from monday, as long as I dont ever go back into 250 territory ever again I will be happy. I was doing some experimental baking last night for a potluck today and indulged in testing a little bit I should know better and get one of my neightbors to do the testing.

Good morning all!

Well raspberry allergy experiment failed. No burning/ tingling hands. So just going to keep on the lookout for what it could be. AND I will still enjoy my raspberries

no change this morning. Had a low calorie day yesterday at 1400 cals and tons of water. No work today, so I know my water will be slacking a bit. I'm gearing up to go for my first run / walk outside. I have always used a treadmill to run, never in public. Eep!

FitKristi - you are on a run girl. you will see the 230's in no time.

Ona - grats on the 1.5 lbs!

Aimee - your days scare me! I couldn't last that long lol

Coon - Not too shabby for a TOM and salty dinner weigh in. How many days until your vacation again ? There wasn't a countdown in that post

Dianna - YAY for the hair appt! Will it be something new or just a touch up? It seems like yesterday you hit 199 and now you are just about out of the 90's.

Stabrite - scales are tricksy. keep up the good fight.

Love - grats on the job and the loss

I went back up out of the 220's. 230.2. I am actually not surprised that jump to 229 kind surprised me anyway.

Shyla - 8 DAYS BABY!!! up .8 isn't too bad at all considering.

Ona - Pushing on is tough sometimes, but I've noticed that lately with you ladies egging me on for my lunch hr work outs, its not so hard I'm actually looking forward to it . . . I think I'm just still not a morning person, I really doubt I'll ever be one and HOLY fantastic weigh in for you today

Aimee - I'm over the cold winters, I was spoiled living in Florida. Perhaps Vancouver is the right place for me I think it's funny that your BF is leaving for whistler same time I'm leaving for Vancouver. I've tried so hard to be a plan ahead person for trips - it never works, ever. So i wing it - but the shopping for it . . . always fun I agree though, even with a Toddler your days seem draining, kudos for being able to keep up that pace lady

Angie - whatever works to motivate you is good I think, I've noticed I get that surge of get up and go watching biggest looser, I end up doing some weights durring the show - its something Keep at it!!

Kristi - You'll be out of the 240's before you know it you're having such a fantastic month already way to go !!

Got a sweet-ish slightly intoxicated call from SHaun last night up in Nanimo for some training thing. He went on to tell me he was sitting at a pub, watching the sunset over the mountains and how we HAVE to take a ferry up there - of course I'm not gonna argue that. Mountains, water and beer . . Im all for it. Then comes the sweet-ish almost make me gag

Oy vay! I would just like to say that I absolutely saw this coming... I'm up 4 lbs today to 196.7 How sad.

Although, I'm going to try to be positive here. This could be some water retention. Even though I got all of it in, I didn't have a single drop of water until 4pm. That's bad. I also just remembered went back and checked - I tend to gain two days after a workout instead of the day after. Hmm, I wonder if I just spazzed for no reason.

Coon, What a beautiful thing Shaun said to you love is a beautiful thing I'm not a morning person either but I'd rather get up,get it over with then just chill for the rest of the day.
I don't like getting up at 5:30 am every morning(now in the cold) to walk/run,come back eat breakfast, rest then go to the gym but that's the only way I'm gonna get this weight off so,gotta do wotcha gotta do.Thanks

Hello everyone. I wi at at 227.2 today not back to my low of 226 but Im not complaining. I cannot keep up with you guys lol lol!!! Its so much going on I just want you all to know that I do read what every one has to say I just dont have as much time to post to each of you personally all the time. Keep up the good work!

Coon - *swoon* he knew just what to say, drunk dial or not I'm a planner, but last minute packer. The day we were leaving for Alaska for 2 weeks, I was up at 5 am packing the bags ROFL

Stacy - don't let it get you down, just beat that scale back down instead.

Ona - kudos to you for getting up that early. I don't get to sleep until midnight, i'd be dead at 5 am!

Kukkie - sorry for the jump, but between the working out correlation you had and the late water, see what the next 2 days bring.

Just got back in from my first neighborhood jog. I do all my jogging on my treadmill and let me tell you, it didn't prepare me at all for being outside. So much harder on the knees and feet. I ended up restarting C25K W1/D1 (i'm at 30 minutes straight jogging on my treadmill). Oy!
