Thanks Vixsin and Shylah - definitely going to see how it plays out over the next couple of days!

Ona I usually do just that. Start my day off with a cold glass of water, I read somewhere a long time ago that doing that will wake up your metabolism because your body has to work at heating up that water first thing, so I do that with my morning pills. But yesterday, I have no idea what happened, I just... I don't know, forgot? I think I took my pills with my coffee because they were on my desk and my coffee was handy. Who knows?!

Mama Yikes on still feeling like crap. But wow, look at you go with the double workout despite being sick!

Vix - he wasn't drunk drunk - but clearly had a few. Wise friend of mine once told me "Drunken mouths speak sober minds" makes me smile a little.
And WOW WOW WOW Dance away girl!! Awesome awesome WI for you!!

Kukkie - don't worry about the spazzing out, it happens. Think of it this way, at least it's in the first week of the month and you have the next 3 1/2 to keep the scale moving down

Ona - 5:30 am . . you're a trooper, you couldn't drag me out of bed that early for much, Jack crying, airplane to catch, some one to pick up . . . . thats about it - you Rock !

Back to my desk from the fire drill . . . my legs feel like jello. Feel like they did last night after my workout. Took me about 4 minutes to go down 27 flights of stairs (I'm on the 26th floor and came out on the parking garage level, so that means I walked 27 flights). This is the first year I wasn't dreading the fire drill.

Our group has really grown, I hope I don't leave anyone out.

Eclipse ~ congrats on the .4 down. Keep up the good work, you'll see a new decade soon.

Essa ~ I'm sure the scale will go back down quickly.

Shylah ~ Good job on your jog in the neighborhood. Have you had your back checked to see if maybe you have a pinched nerve or something that could be causing you the problems with your hands? Just a thought.

Stacy ~ hang in there. I'm sure you'll be back in the 220s in no time.

Coondocks ~ your guy sounds like a sweatheart!

Vixsin ~ Planks are awful. 5 seconds is not bad to start. I think I could hold it about 8 seconds at first, I'm up to 15 seconds, 15 long miserable seconds.

Kukkie ~ I bet your gain is from the workout. I expected my weight to be up today after last night's workout, I wonder if I'll see a gain tomorrow like you did. Either way, we know we are doing the right things and it will be gone soon.

Aimee ~ hope today is a little less hectic for you.

Star ~ my scale likes to play games with me too. Those kinds of games are not fun.

Love ~ congrats on the new job.

Janel ~ Keep up the good work.

Kristi ~ you'll be breaking into a new decade in no time.

Diana ~ have fun on your night out. I'm bet you see the 180s by the end of the week.

Ona ~ 1 lb down. woo hoo!

Cinci ~ I'm sure the scale will start moving soon. Just keep doing what you're doing and the reward will come.

AKelly ~ I hate going without a scale. When I visited my daughter in March-April I was 11 days without a scale and it was awful. I even weighed myself at a doctor appointment she had while I was there. When I went back in July I convinced her that she really needed a scale, so she bought one.

CutieCourt, Jennie, Angie ~

Hope everyone has a great day.

Thanks Mama - really curious to see what the next couple days has in store for me.

boogie! Welcome to the group! Looks like you've had a good start to the month too!

And oh goodness, I can't believe I left you out this morning Love! Congratulations on the new job! I don't know if you already mentioned this, but how long has it been since you've been at home not working? That's got to be exciting and scary at the same time. But I think there's an independence to it, personally! I'm excited for you and now I totally understand why you may not want to take on the extra position with the PTO. Did I read correctly though, are you going to be working nights? When are you going to sleep?!

Ona Thank you! Great job on the 1.5 pounds. You are moving now!

Fitkristi You are very consistent.

Shylah I am working to grow it out for a new cut. She will probably be trimming here and there and touch up color.

Coondocks Thank you. He sounds like a sweetie.

Vixsin Great job on the 3 pounds!

Star How do you feel the next day after eating less sodium. Are you less bloated?

Kukkie Hi Thanks!

Kris Great job on your .2!

Eclipse Woo Hoo! I hope you make it to the 180's tomorrow. I don't think I will make it because I will be eating a higher sodium meal tonight. You can test the waters for me and tell me how good it is being in the 180's!

k-Boogie Hi and Welcome! You are off to a great start!

Love Hi I hope you enjoy the new job!

Vixsin Thank you for the support. I modified my lunch and I will eat in moderation for dinner. That's all I can do besides wait and watch.

Ona - congrats on your 1.5! This is definitely a new pattern!

Shylah - my days scare ME sometimes! Today was a nice short one 8:30am-2:30pm How did the run outside go? I really am terrible with drinking water, I prefer to drink ANYTHING but water!

Coondocks - I wish I were going to Whistler! They send every single member of management BUT ME!! No fair! I don't know if I do keep up the pace, eventually your body takes over! Plus the bf took me out for dinner last night so I didn't have to cook! That's a nice phone call, very sweet

Kukkie - my first job is Cosmetics Assistant Manager, and the second is Central Trainer, so when employee's get hired I do all their training - which is 3 days. Sorry to hear about your gain Bad scale! Bad!

Kris - today was less hectic Great job on the fire drill! Down is much better than going UP!

I can't keep up! So many people! Hi to everyone I've missed!

As for my WI? Down .2, at least it's consistent? Tomorrow should be lower because I missed lunch by accident. Hate that, because now I'm sooooooooooooo hungry!!

Bah! I'm up .4 again today, but ate on plan & did cardio yesterday. I think TOM planned a sneak attack on me...due on Friday so I hadn't expected to slow down yet.

Hi Essa Hi Stacy Hi Matilda Hi Janel Hi Jeri

Rennie -- I eat out often for work, meetings and entertaining out of town guests. This is a bad week for it though since it's my pre-TOM week and I don't normally make the best choices (see my note up top...lol)

Starbrite -- congrats on your .9

Coon -- Yes, that's the phrase I wanted 'sneaky bugger'!! Damn TOM, hasn't even arrived yet and I'm sick of him.

Diana -- congrats on your .8!

Aimee -- I always lose my voice when I have to deliver training or host meetings all day...that's exhausting work too.

Ona -- Whoosh! Congrats on your 1.5!! I lost it today, poor decisions, but tomorrow is a new day, I'll do better.

Kristi -- congrats on your .8

Shyla -- I wonder if your reaction might have been to something on the raspberries, like a pesticide or something? They are not easy to wash.

Vixsin -- You go supergirl! Give TOM a kick for me too please!!

Star -- congrats on your .4!

Kukkie -- sorry about your gain! I know it's frustrating.

Kris -- sorry you are still feeling under the weather, congrats on your .4

Kboogie --

Jennie -- congrats on your 1.4!!
