Wow! This thread is blowing up! I'll need to quit one of my jobs to keep up!

I don't really have time for personals, but I'm reading, so Great Job on those losses! And those of you who are experiencing set backs: KEEP FIGHTING!!!

Diana The only difference I feel with lower sodium is I've had headaches the past two days.

Mornings lovely people ! Think the scale is playing hide and seek with me ! Had a good weigh in yesterday - lost 0.9, now today back up 0.4 ! I do find it frustrating, but am resigned to it now. After 70lbs lost I guess I need to shake things up a bit and trick the old trickster into losing
Very awe inspired at those of you who have time to mention everyone's name. It really brightens my day - I'm so sorry not to be able to do the same, but my ,<3 is with you all.
Keep going - there are some awesome losses out there !

1:230.8 - seems like I will never leave the 230's
2:228.4- (-2.4) Oh yes !!
3:228.8 (+0.4) Normal after a whoosh
4:229.1 (+0.3)
5:229.5 (+0.4)
6:228.6 (-0.9)
7:229 (+0.4) WTH ????

First positive WI this month: -1.2

I really hope it sticks, now that TOM is gone and I've been getting to the gym every day.

starbrite - I hear you. I don't know how people do it, getting back to everyone personally . You are doing great and despite the ups and downs your total is negative. THat's all that matters ;-)

MamaP - good job on the stairs! I remember being in New York a few years ago and there was a (false) fire alarm at the hotel - at 3:30am!! Had to walk down 25 flights of stairs...and then back UP b/c the elevators didn't work yet . Let's just say it was NOT a pretty sight

Everyone else - keep up the good work!!

Angie - Have you ever heard that if you hang around a group of women long enough all your TOM's will be the same? Think that works online? I managed to shrink 2 days of information down to 1 - it was exhausting. The bf doesn't really understand how exhausting it is to talk for 8 hours straight! By the end of my day on Tuesday I couldn't focus my eyes .4 could just be going to the bathroom before your WI, it'll be gone soon

StarGetsFit - I was thinking the same! I think if I got an internet connection at work, perhaps I could keep up!

starbrite - it's definitely a lot of work keeping up with everyone, but I think most of us have been posting together for a few months at least, so eventually it becomes easier .4 isn't too bad, I'm sure it'll be gone in a day or two

cincimini - woohoo congrats on your 1.2!!

Diana - I am curious what your pre-TOM weight was and if you managed to actually lose during it?

I will weigh in later, but won't likely have time to come back to update.. so I'll be back after work! Have a wonderful day!!

Sept 30: 244.4

1: 244.3 -.1
2: 242.7 -1.6
3: 243.9 +1.2
4: 243.3 -.6
5: 242.7 -.6
6: 241.9 -.8
7: 241.3 -.5

Because I "complained" that I only gained or lost bigger numbers instead of .5 or .6, my body decided to switch it up on me! Always keeping me guessing!

Oh, and I went to O'Charleys last night and was so sad that I couldn't have my favorite (pecan crusted chicken tender salad) because it is SUPER high calorie for a salad...until I realized I could just ask for it with grilled chicken and it would probably cut the calories BIG time. So I asked for grilled chicken and no bleu cheese and ate the heck out of it - I didn't even miss the greasy chicken (at all!).

Aimee My low prior to TTOM was 192.4. Watch I gain back to that now that TTOM is ending.

Ona - Check you OUT lady! Fantastic weigh in Rock On!!

Aimee - I was thinking the same thing about TOM yesterday, I wonder if that really dose apply to online female majority communities
Why all the managers but you?? That's just not kosher!

For me today I am in shock . . . . 176! TOM is being nice this month, then again i still have a few days left, but 176? I've never been 176 . . thats only 2 lbs away from overweight instead of obese. if that's not motivation to hit the gym at lunch I don't know what is

Off to work I go

Ona Ha Ha Look at you wagging your finger at me. I was getting ready to post something and then the next post was the wagging finger. That's too funny. You know, I can always see the positives in others situations, but I tend to have problems seeing the positive in mine. I need to work on that. I am definitely working on a lifestyle change. I have been down this road several times. I would rather not have to go through this again. Great job on your 1.5 pound loss. You are doing an amazing job. I knew your body would catch up with the good work you are doing.

Yeah Diana,me neither..after losing 100 lbs in 95 with Jenny Craig, i didn't know how to eat to keep the weight off once i stopped eating their foods... but I know now I'll always have to watch what i eat but I'll never eat mindlessly anymore cause i know what it will do to me,I've worked too hard and like the way I'm feeling and looking now Thank you
I was thinking the other day, once you reach your final goal..will you stop posting here? cause you're almost there.

MamaP - 27 flights of stairs, I commend you!!

K-Boogie - Welcome!!

Starbrite - You should be so proud of the 70 lbs you've lost already, what an inspiration! Keep your head up!

FitKristi - Finding a healthy alternative to dining out favs rocks, and with little to no depriving one's self.

OnaMi & Coondocks - Congrats on the big losses!!

Well I am down 0.8 lbs today!

I am wearing my power heels to work today which means I am ready to kick some more butt!! We are going to have BEAUtiful weather here the next few days so I am going to utilize the 20 mile trail next to my apartment complex before the dread of winter is upon us ( I dont even want to think about it)
