189.0 again. I shouldn't be disappointed and I'm not. Really. A bit surprised, though, because my ankles, barometers of fluid retention, which have been up all week as my weight came down, are bony and water-free this morning, so I was expecting a whoosh. Funny thing, the human body.

I am still, alas, hovering at 187. Was hoping to see a little movement, but no dice. Pretty proud of myself for surviving the two catered days of strategic planning at my institution without damage, though.

Ok, I had another day of 189 so I am claiming 180s......... or at least one foot in the 180s. I know with my daily fluctuations that I will see the 190s again. But for now, I am happy claiming the 180s!
