Well I went down to 217.4. Thank heavens...I got too close to the 220's. BUT GUESS WHAT...I walked on the treadmill yesterday. I am a slow learner...I know I need to exercise but haven't been willing. The teenager in me is so rebellious!

I didn't post a loss today. I could've - the scale read a pound down - but then it bounced right up and stayed there. I re-weighed, as I couldn't believe my eyes at the initial number. Guess I shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth, huh?

For whatever reason, I mostly don't post losses on Tues, Wed, and Thurs. Most they are Fri-Sun, and Monday may or may not include a loss. go figure...

arghh...TOM and 212 this morning.

I only lose on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.... I work back to back shifts on weekends and that always makes me gain, then a day to lose the water weight, then if I'm lucky I go down a little, then I bounce back up....
