Finally after like 2 or 3 weeks I have pushed past 210-211 and today I weighed in at 209.2. I really think it was because I got more sleep. I am a night owl and I stay up till 2-3AM every night and most nights I am up by 8AM with my 3 year old. Most nights I average 5-6 hours of sleep and I seem fine on it, but whenever I get more sleep like last night the lbs seem to drop. And my trainer is always telling me it very important to get atleast 8 hrs, which I NEVER get. Last night I got 10 hours lol, the hubby got up with our daughter cuz he doesn't have to work and let me sleep in!!!!
Ubergirl- I think we both have finally made it!!!!! I'm so excited, as I am sure you are too!!! I can't believe we have 10lbs till onderland. YAY!!
BeverlyJoy- Toe in the water, and hopefully the whole foot tomorrow. It would be awesome to see 208 since it was so close to 208 something this morning. And I'm bad and I peeked after my shower tonight and I am at 210.6. Usually I am about 2lbs heavier at night and by morning that means I MIGHT maybe HOPEFULLY be 208 something lol!!!!
So excited I still can't believe that I am so close to onderland.

I'm calling it the ONDERLAND EXPRESS, but as ya'll know my weight loss is more like the slow boat to China. The way I figure, if all goes according to plan, I'll be in the oughts for at least two months!
Still 214 here. My sleep last night was HIGHLY interrupted and insufficient, and I never drop weight when that happens. I am going to bed early tonight to try and squeeze one more pound out of this whooshing streak.
Last night I went to bed early, shut my doors and windows so no people or barking dogs could bother me, and slept. I was up at 4am with a sick kid but back to bed and slept in til 8:30!! (usually up at 6:30). I knew I was totally sleep deprived. And today I am down another pound, to 213! So excited! How are you guys doing this weekend?
Ubergirl- we are keeping up with each other lol. I'm at 208.8 this morning YAY!!! I think we are both officially on our way to Onderland Express.
I saw 209.2 yesterday morning two days in a row, then dropped a little bit this morning. I really need to stay away from the diet pop. I've been drinking a lot lately and It's probably the reason I have slowed down with all the sodium and carbonation. They say it's really not any healthier. I just need to stick with water though, it cleans your system out.
Hello everyone! I'm new to this thread as I just finally got out of the 220's. I hope I don't spend as much time here as I did there Onderland is so close now that it actually makes me think I can reach my end goal!
