You know I come on here almost daily and whine cuz the scale has gone up a bit or stayed the same. But REALLY ... come on ... I am in the 200-teens ... and I have stayed there. Yes maybe I went back up to 219 and I sit at 217 today... I really need to celebrate the 200-teens! Not in a celebrate way that says I can EAT unhealthy... but embrace the 200-teens! HOOT 4 me!

Cathy, exactly! We have to remember how when we were in the 220s (or above) how much we wanted to be HERE. Life is good in the 2-teens, whether we are here for weeks or months (but not years, lol).

I got here exactly 20 days ago and thought I would fly out, no such luck I bounced back up to 224 and have been fighting my way back here, and here I am!! I am proud to report that I can once again say "GET ME OUT OF THE 200-TEENS!!!" this time I will NOT go back to twotwentyland, I think I overstayed my welcome!

It is me...checking in...still here...still willing to be OP...which is oh so great! You know the stories of "rain dances" to make it rain? I wonder if I could do a "scale number go down" dance...and that would work? Hummmm I think it is called exercise!

I did a good scale dance last night! It was this really cool dance where I laid and/or sat down on a bench and waved heavy things around in the air over my head.

It seems to be a positive contributing factor, because I was at 213.0 this morning. I was sort of surprised, actually. Last night I kept the weight moderate and increased reps; I'm a bit sore today and thought for sure I'd be up a bit with the soreness. You just can't predict ...
