Been bouncing between 217 and 220 for a while now, but Monday the scale settled on 217, and that is the day I mark my weight down, so I am taking it and running
Posted this once and it didnt appear lol. Scale said 216 this morning. So I think I finnally flushed my system of the water weight from my eat over the memorial day week end. Took almost a week but I did it lol
I'm currently at 217.4. I just got into the 2-teens two weeks ago, and I really hope not to be here the many months I was in the 220's. So far, it's looking good.
Gah! After getting down to 216.6, I'm back up to 218.0 as of this morning. That is NOT the way I wanted to get out of the 2-teens! Buckling down, and hoping to be on the downward slope of this decade in a week or so.
