April is almost over. I did lose weight this month. Not as much as I would like. 2 pounds. Was I OP all month NO. Progress not perfection. I get caught up in the perfection!! April I weighed in everyday and wrote it down. Not sure if that was a good thing or bad thing. Evaluation time. It is a mixed bag...I gotta figure out what it does for me.

As for me, I think I'm kinda in a rut. It's not bad, necessarily, but I am going to look for a couple of ways to shake things up for myself.
Ate pizza last night - it was a good choice: two slices of white pizza with olive oil, fresh tomatoes, and basil, but even with a good choice I can feel the restaurant sodium bloat. Blech.
Down a smidge to 212.8...TOM is about here, so I don't expect much for the next week or so, but I must admit that I'm awfully glad to be off 213. 213 and 214 have been challenging pounds, for whatever reason.

I have decided to kick things up this week in an attempt to get out of the 2-teens. My exercise has consisted of walking 30 min twice a week and strength training 15 min twice a week. I'm going to strat biking again 30 min/day on the days I don't walk, with one day off per week.
I've been kinda scared to get back on the bike. Every time I rode (in the last 4 months or so) I ended up hurting myself, usually my foot was giving me problems. A hurt foot is awful and then I can't even walk much or anything for weeks til it heals. So I got some different shoes for the bike and I am going to give it a shot. Wish me luck!
