I spent all of March bouncing around in the upper 2teens and this week I got to see 214, 213 and this morning 212.8!!!!
Sometimes it just takes patience and persistence! (One of the best things I ever learned from a video game character.

And the funniest thing is that after spending all last month worrying that I was eating too much, I've just been kind of stumbling along following my plan as usual and it just started working again!

I hate to jinx myself, but I am breezing along. I saw 212.2 this morning.
This running thing must be helping. And to think, all those years I refused to run unless I was being chased!

ok, 212.2 this morning, and I "know" this sounds silly, but it was after my shower, and my hair holds a few ounces of water (maybe I weigh too often, but I'm a weighing expert)
