I haven't updated in a while...I guess the challenge thing isn't 100% for me. This challenge is the first one I joined and I don't set weight goals with dates. I guess what I'm saying is that I'm gonna finish this and not be bummed out that I'm not going to make my goal I set when this challenge started. My weight loss has slowed down but I'm still losing and that makes me happy.

I'm down a pound! It was my TOM this week and I managed one pound...I have to say...I'm very pleased! Last month I GAINED a pound on TOM!

Really it's a big relief. I think in part that I got my WiiFit this week and I've been on it everyday even though I've not been doing my usual walking in the morning because the little guy has been up most of the week nights with a bad cough. But I'm still chugging along and feeling good about it again. |

March 15th-257 March 22nd- March 29th- I had hit a plateau and was panicking but I added calories (What! Yes!!) and the scale moved to the left. I have 7 more pounds to go before I will be at my goal which is 250. I have plans on being in my 240s when my birthday hits in late April and I know I am going to celebrate! :carrot: I am so happy I broke through that! :cool: |
Only two more weeks left. I feel like we'll need another challenge after this one! It keeps me focused. I've also been joining other challenges, I' in 1 in RL and the 10,000 steps one over at the exercise board. Anyone else up for another challenge after this one.

Heck yeah! I already asked if there was another one. This does keep me focused and I have done very well! I am looking for another one on the board.
