I weighed in this morning at 152.4. That makes a total of 4 pounds lost in my first week. I hope I can keep it up! I think I will be fine this week... Week 3 is always the one I struggle with....

Nice job on losing the 4 pounds.
I also cheated and had wine last night..Now I am up a pound and need to get it off! Today will be an on program day.
