Today is my first day on IP!! Excited for the journey!

B: IP Orange Drink; Celestial Seasonings Apple Cinnamon Tea

Lunch: IP Tomato Basil Soup 2 C. Baby Spinach, 2 Cup. Cucumber; 2 oz. Light Tuna

Snack: IP Chocolate Soy Puffs (Liked these!!); Celestial Seasonings Peppermint Tea

Dinner: 6 oz. ground turkey (with chili powder, cumin, hot sauce) and 2 Cups green peppers sauteed in olive oil.
