Phase 1 w/ Alts

B: egg + whites for omelet, hot sauce, tea with milk and stevia
L: Premier Protein Vanilla rtd, blended with coffee and 2 C spinach. (I probably won't try that one again! I love adding spinach to chocolate shakes, but with vanilla it is kind of gross.)
D: grilled chicken, big salad with cucumber and WF balsamic
S: Premier Protein Chocolate rtd warmed with a bit of stevia

This is a staple for me. I love these things.
Sometimes it's hard to find things in the threads. Here is Finn Steven's recipe:

Sweet Waffle Recipe

My Pudding Cake Waffle Recipe:

1 IP Pudding Packet - (Any flavor works well, but chocolate tastes burnt to me)
1/4 cup of egg whites - I just use 1 egg white
2 oz of water
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Pinch of baking powder
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of sea salt
1 splenda packet (optional)

Combine and put into a waffle iron after heated up and sprayed with non-stick spray - for 4 minutes (or until done depending on your iron). Top with syrup and enjoy! Yum yum!

I don't add extra sweetner, but sometimes add cinnamon or nutmeg. I also use 1/4 tsp of baking powder instead of a pinch.

The easiest way for me to find recipes is to type in the name of the recipe + ideal protein on Google and 3FC comes up first in the search almost all of the time.

L: IP Chicken a la King 2C steamed cauliflower, 1/4 tsp salt
S: Cinnamon Quest Bar (warmed in micro 40 sec. super yummy!)
D: 7 oz Pork Tenderloin, 1c. green beans w/1 tsp each Maille dijon mustard and WF mayo, 1c. sauteed mushrooms, 2 tsp. extra light evoo

Super thirsty yesterday, drank lots more water than usual. 128 oz

B: tea with milk and stevia, egg + whites for omelet, 1 oz lean ham, 1 C mushrooms
L: 1 C broccoli, 1/2 scoop Body Fortress vanilla whey powder blended with ice
D: romaine and iceberg salad with oil and vinegar, sauteed spinach with garlic and lemon juice (we were at a dinner where I couldn't eat any of the proteins, nor most of the sides.)
S: Quest bar (cookie dough, eaten in the car because I was STARVING!)
D: grilled chicken breast wrapped in lettuce, with mustard, pickles, and sliced tomatoes (picked up on the way home after the banquet, haha!)
