Hello -

Phase 1 - Day 4 and doing good!

B - chocolate drink/coffee
L - 4 oz chkn breast, 2 c cucumbers
Sn - pb bar
D - 4 oz chkn breast, 2 c roasted asparagus, oil
Sn - choc drink blended with ice and peppermint extract

And lots of water!!

Restart 12/19/15 make that 3/10/16





Started IP 5/16/2014 lost 82 lbs, didn't get to goal, but was able to maintain for the past 6 months by eating low carb. Added carbs back and have gained 10 lbs in the past month. Back on IP and ready to get to goal!!

B: EAS Choc Fudge Shake, coffee
L: "Asian Salad" 1 c cauliflower "rice" (cooked with low salt soy sauce, garlic and ginger), 4 oz shredded chicken sauteed with 1 c combined broccoli and red peppers, garlic, soy sauce and ginger...served warm over lettuce and topped with WF sesame ginger dressing. YUM!
S: Quest Cookies n Cream Bar (stale...very disappointing)
D: 4 oz shredded chicken and buffalo hot sauce served of salad of lettuce and 2 C of cukes, peppers and cauliflower...WF chipotle ranch dressing
S: IP BBQ chips

Yes, my coach told me that it was fine to swap lunch and dinner, or breakfast and dinner, to meet my scheduling needs. As long as you got your packets, veggies, 8 oz protein, and salt/oil/water/etc you will be fine.

I love having the flexibility to move things around if I need to.







Phase 1 with alternatives

Saturday:
B: coffee with stevia and milk, egg + whites for omelet, Tabasco sauce
L: 4 oz hamburger, lettuce, tomato, pickle, mustard, dab of sf ketchup, grilled asparagus
S: 1/2 scoop Body Fortress vanilla whey powder mixed with cold coffee
D: IP-safe stuffed zucchini boats made with zucchini, spices, red pepper sauce, mushrooms and green peppers (I left the feta cheese off of mine!) romaine salad with oil & vinegar, 4 oz grilled steak

Today:
B: tea with stevia and milk, egg + whites omelet, 1 C total mushrooms/peppers, 2 oz leftover steak
L: Premier Protein chocolate rtd mixed with coffee over ice, 1 C broccoli
S (5pm) : Quest bar
D: (late, at a friend's house) salad, bringing my own dressing, grilled peppers and zucchini, grilled chicken.
