B: Maple Grove Sugar Free Pancake mix (1/4 c) mixed w/1 egg and enough water to make it batter consistency, WF Syrup, Coffee
L: Chicken a la king, 1/2 c. each radish, cauliflower, 1 c. mushrooms (cleaning out remaining veg in fridge before vacation)
D: Pork roast 6 oz, roasted asparagus 1c., 1 c. steamed leeks
S: Lemon pudding

I tried to make zuchinni chips and turnip chips. They didn't work too well. What are some good tips?

Started IP 5/16/2014 lost 82 lbs, didn't get to goal, but was able to maintain for the past 6 months by eating low carb. Added carbs back and have gained 10 lbs in the past month. Back on IP and ready to get to goal!!

L: 2c cukes w/ wf 1000 dressing, choc wafers
S: IP Strawberry premade drink
D: Big Mac salad - really good. The big difference for me was having all the veggies chopped really well, made it taste like a Big Mac!

I haven't had a third pack. I feel like I over ate today. I didn't measure the meat I ate....I didn't pig out or anything....

Should I have a third pack?

I am, I decided to drink an ip drink. My brain is still hard wired to believe eating makes you gain weight!!!!

Don't worry, you probably didn't over eat. You are probably not hungry because of the extra fat in your meat. Ribs are a very fatty cut of pork (one of my favorites, too. I miss them since starting IP!)

Anyway, fatty food takes longer to digest, which means no hunger for that third packet. You need the third packet for the protein. I like to use one of the fruity drink packets or the raspberry jelly as my third packet when I'm not very hungry.
