Since this was written, I have taken all of rainbow's recipes and put them into a Word doc. I'm now adding a table of contents and formatting them. The only problem is, if I distribute it and rainbow makes more of her fabulous creations, everyone will have to update their own documents with those.

prosciutto and toffuti...some coaches do allow them and some don't
this is what i used....simple simple recipe!!
spread a little toffuti onto your prosciutto and add a little pepper
no salt needed as the prosciutto is already salty!!
add 3-4 sprigs of asparagus
roll up!! thats it!! see, simple!!
drizzle with olive oil and add some extra pepper if desired!!
roast at 425 degrees for about 15 mins.

Rainbowsmiles, you are amazing!! Those jicama chips were sooo good! I would have never tried that weird looking thing on the grocery store shelf if it hadn't been for your recipe. I kept wanting my DH to try them, but I ate them before I could bring him some haha! I finally managed not to gobble them all up, and he got to try them and loved them , too! Thank you!
Rainbowsmiles you are a creative GENIUS in the kitchen!!!!! I can't wait to try the prosciutto & asparagus. I have made so many of your recipes and there is only one problem I have. Keeping my family from eating it all before I do. I have two grown kids at home that love your recipes as much as I do.
I copy the recipes I want and paste them into a Word doc. You can then resize (or delete) pictures, and adjust in any other way you want. I've done this with all recipes I find on here and have a number of docs saved..."Breakfast", "Entrees", "Veggies", "Recipes from packets", etc. I use a lot of them regularly, delete the recipes I've tried and don't like, and make comments on the ones I do like. Unfortunately I'm not quite as organized as Wingnutandme...I don't have a Table of Contents. (But I did put the Veggie recipes in alphabetical order according to the main veggie used. Need to do this with the "Entree" doc - takes me forever to find the ones I want!)
HOLY CRAP RAINBOW...Our wedding day can't come soon enough fiancee! i need to get some asparagus & prosciutto today!!!
And just an idea - but any word document can be made into a GoogleDoc and published/shared in a common link. Just a random thought.....

YES! Rainbow is in Phase 1, doing Alternatives on her own, many coaches allow some of the 'extras' like veggie cheese (sparingly), etc - so always run extras, or any questions, by your coach first.

Thanks for the suggestion Liz. I'm not as saavy on the internet stuff as I am on PC software and tools. I will look into that. Hope to complete it tonight.
