Thanks! My friends and I went for a hike (in Lake Louise, in the Rocky Mountains in Alberta, Canada) and I sugested we could get some nice photos of us doing yoga with a beautiful backdrop. Because really, the lake, the mountains, the sky--it's gorgeous! So every time we stopped we took pictures of us doing yoga. I have a couple pictures of my friends doing tree pose, triangle pose, etc. The best was when we hiked partway around the lake and my friend was tired and cranky and convinced she didn't want to keep going, since the rest of the hike was a couple kilometres almost straight up. We did some yoga poses and she was ready to hike again!
I can't recommend yoga enough. It can be pricey at yoga studios, but my gym offers yoga as part of its class program. And there are pay-what-you-can classes ("karma classes") at some studios, and community centres often offer yoga too. I loooove my yoga classes. As I've lost weight, my poses have improved. It's partly from practicing regularly, but it's also partly that's there's less of me in the way.
Note for the curious: Lake Louise is very close where that squirrel photo that got so popular was taken, too. (It was taken in Lake Minnewaka.)

I love that squirrel, he is so cute! I was wondering if you have ever had a professional Body Fat Measurement done because those scales can be off. And just by looking at your photo I think you are probably below 20%, just a thought.
