Oh Ronja - weightloss while breastfeeding is a definite mind game sometimes. When they are prepping for a growth spurt your milk supply goes up and I wouldnt even really notice it or feel like anything had changed but suddenly my weight was stu-u-u-u-born and then your milk supply drops and you think it's real weight loss and then it goes up so you aren't sure. It is just one more crazy crazy variable.
Thank you for your experience! I tried to lose weight while breastfeeding twice before and I failed miserably. Both times I was nursing twins (first set in 2011 and second set in 2014) and I was SO ridiculously tired, I would eat anything in sight, especially if it had sugar in it. The baby no. five is sweet and sleeps quite well so I don't feel half so exhausted. But I need to keep in mind to look at a bigger picture, because my water levels are bound to fluctuate more, you are completey right!

I am doing well this week, better than when I started. I am glad I went down again even though yesterday I didn't do so good. I am working on staying on track though. It's true with the excercise, I don't get to sit much, let alone lay down. 5 bellow 5 is quite challenging but I wouldn't trade my girls for anything in the world

Good morning I am feeling really defeated,I had a 2 day binge on sugar and salt and very little water so the scale said 174lbs today,my highest and I feel like rock bottom this morning.Of course its Mothers Day and I have been on call and worked all weekend,Im an ultrasound tech,so blah blah blah sounds pathetic huh.Im venting and really mad at myself. I have the exercising down,last week I ran and hiked 15miles but my eating is terrible. Next weekend we go to an indoor water park for my sons b day and I dread this body in a bathing suit.
