I'd like to join this challenge. My plan is to jump on my kids trampoline for 2 x 20 minute sessions. Do 2 x 30 minute Pilates sessions at home. Do 1 cross trainer 30 minute session each week. I haven't exercised for a long time so I'm starting small. I'm following a very low cal plan and it recommends no exercise so I will take it easy. Is there a spread sheet somewhere, do I need to write a list elsewhere?? Thanks for this.
I have just been on the trampoline with my kids. My plan of 2 x 20 minute sessions is changing to 4 x 10 minute sessions!! Good stuff. Fun, but hard enough to begin with. Just had to jump on and get over my embarrassment. My children loved it, they couldn't believe their luck that i wanted to jump on their trampoline. Nice.
Hey everyone, I definately want to join this thread. My August exercise goals are to finish my JM 30 day shred. I started July 15th and do two days on, then one day off so that should put me at the end of August. I have 19 days left. I also want to try and walk at least 35 miles, not a lot, but I want to start being more active instead of on the computer or sitting around.
Okay, a compromised but reasonable start for me. Despite the hurt heel, I got a walk around the block in today, and I didn't make my heel worse because I walked in sandals, lol! I'm not sure my feet can take walking in sandals repeatedly, but at least I was able to start August off with a little bit of exercise.
Looks like we're off to a good start! I'll compile the list of goals tonight or tomorrow morning, so there's still time to join and be on the initial list!
Jacqui_D and Issaknits: I hope your foot & ankle problems heal quickly! Good for you for making adjustments as needed and still getting some exercise in.
I took another walk around the block in sandals today. That will have to do for now. But hey, it's good practice, because I leave for VA Beach tomorrow!
