Walked on the boardwalk last night and on the beach today, so I'm getting some walking in each day. I can feel the ache in my heel as I walk, but I'm not making it worse going at this pace, so I'll settle for this right now!

Good for you! I have seen that DVD on youTube (or part of it). As I watched, my eyes got bigger and bigger...no way could I do that. Perhaps next year when I'm (hopefully) lighter and in better shape.

Goal: walk/jog a minimum of 8 miles per day, Monday through Saturday (Sunday is a rest day)
I need to make a new goal for myself. I have been walking and jogging 8 to 15 miles per day since June 4th. I have hit a wall this week and motivation just dropped. I realized I needed to switch things up. Things have also gotten busier here. I am a single, homeschooling mom that also cares for my elderly parents (one just having had a stroke the end of June). I am changing my goal to at least 5 miles per day, Monday through Saturday.
