I'd like to join this challenge. My plan is to jump on my kids trampoline for 2 x 20 minute sessions. Do 2 x 30 minute Pilates sessions at home. Do 1 cross trainer 30 minute session each week. I haven't exercised for a long time so I'm starting small. I'm following a very low cal plan and it recommends no exercise so I will take it easy. Is there a spread sheet somewhere, do I need to write a list elsewhere?? Thanks for this.
