Hey Sum, maybe see if you can take a 5-10 min walk just to get back into it? Sometimes I tell myself I'll only workout for 5 minutes, 'who can't do 5 min?'. Then I ususally push myself to at least 30 min. Great job on realizing it and getting back into it
