  • Lacking total motivation. I just don't feel like exercising or losing weight. Diet fatigue?

    I am hoping to force myself this week to exercise each day and hopefully I'll get my mojo back.

    I enjoy reading all of your progress, it gives me strength.

  • Hey Sum, maybe see if you can take a 5-10 min walk just to get back into it? Sometimes I tell myself I'll only workout for 5 minutes, 'who can't do 5 min?'. Then I ususally push myself to at least 30 min. Great job on realizing it and getting back into it
  • Just don't disappear from here, Sum. I made that mistake a while back and regret it terribly. If I had just stuck around, even if only to keep reading what everyone had written, I'm sure I eventually would have gotten back on track. Sometimes we do need to take a break, but it's important not to lose track of our ultimate goal.
  • Thanks Jacq and Turttle. I took 4.7 mile walk today and lifted weights for 45 min. I told myself that I could turn around after 1/2 mile, well I ended up doing the whole loop as I suspected Same with weights; I said I could stop after first set, and I ended up doing all 3 sets.... Now I just need to keep going.
