01/06 30 sit-ups
02/06 30 lengths & 30DayShred (Lvl1 Day2)
03/06 C25K (Week3 Day1) & 30DayShred (Lvl1 Day3)
04/06 20 squats, 25 sit-ups *edit* 5.98miles (equivalent on step ups)
05/06 40 lengths (1km), 7181 steps(wii)~3.59miles, 80 crunches
06/06 80 crunches
07/06 1.5hours walking (4.2miles), 40 crunches
08/06 60 lengths (1.5km) in an hour

So.... the walking in place of running just isn't going to happen. Knee was achey all last night after walking to town and back (45 mins each way at a gentle walk).

Am absolutely dying to get out there and run :'( so I shall run vicariously through Ian! Well done on your 5K

I'm also trying out intermittent fasting this week. Think I might try two long fast a week and see how that goes.

Keep at it evceryone!

6/1- 2 miles - 30 min- 60 squats
6/2- 2 miles- 30 min
6/3- 45 min of walking -70 squats
6/4- 2.5 miles walked- 75 squats
6/5- 2 miles - 35 min- 80 squats ( and I'm feeling all 80 of them)
6/6- rest day for squats- and I did not walk/jog- sooo tired this day. Went to bed at 7:30.
6/7- 2 miles walk- 30 min- 100 squats- 60 min of swimming
6/8- 2.5 mile walk- 45 min- 105 squats

curvynotlumpy sorry I didn't see that you asked me a question ...I don't use any weights during this squat challenge. It's just the basic squat. But I'm telling you...it is kickin my butt. Today I do 110. I have already lost roughly an inch off my thighs and .5 inch off my waist. I am roughly a week and a half into it. By the end of the challenge I do 250! It's tough, but I love it. I see such great changes...especially to my thighs and buns!

Did another 5k today and may try another tomorrow! My knees are doing better. I am not sure if the joints are getting stronger of if it is the extra pounds I am losing.
