my name is Tammy . I am trying to reach 199 before August . Thought this would help me become more accountable. Would anyone like to give it a try with me or just lose some many lbs in the month of July . I weigh 210 but my weight goes crazy sometimes . I can 10 lbs then I lose 10 lbs . I haven't been below 200 in 20 years so this is a big deal to me. I still have to work really hard at holidays like July 4th since my daughter is in from NY I like to let me guard down to kinda celebrate (if you know what I mean ) I really need to be accountable this month. I have put this goal off long enough. I am sure someone on 3fc's are feeling the same way. We will try to motivated each other
