I ran another 5k today. I hope mey legs can keep it together!
6/1 - Ran 2.5 miles in 26 minutes.
6/2 - Ran 2.6 miles in 26 minutes.
6/3 - Did 50 minutes of weights at the gym. Will hopefully play doubles tennis tonight if the rain holds off.
6/4 - Ran 3.5 miles in 35 minutes on a treadmill.
6/5 - Did 55 minutes of weights at the gym.
6/6 - Ran 3.1 miles in 30 minutes. Did 50 minutes of weights at the gym.
6/7 - Did 1 hour 10 minutes in the gym lifting weights.
6/8 - Ran 5k in 31 minutes-ish.
6/9 - Ran 5k in 31 minutes 12 seconds.
6/10 - Ran 5k in 29 minutes. Did 50 minutes of weight training at the gym.
6/11 - Did 1 hour at the gym lifting weights and doing abs express.
6/12 - Ran 5km this morning in 29 minutes. Did 1 hour at the gym lifting weights and doing abs express. Walked 2.38 miles to/from work.
6/13 - Did 1 hour at the gym lifting weights and doing abs express. Walked 2.38 miles to/from work.
6/14 - Did 1 hour at the gym lifting weights and doing abs express. Walked 2.38 miles to/from work. Ran 5k in 29 minutes.
6/15 - Ran 5k in 31 minutes-ish.
