Day 9 has launched successfully. I've got all my packed food with lots of volumetrics planned in: jicama, rhubarb, mushrooms, alfalfa sprouts. It's a busy day but food's planned out. Hope all's well with everyone. Have a good day.
I am focusing on feelings of fullness and behaviors around overeating. I am also working on developing the best foods for the 100 days till xmas eating plan.

Iadajnos: I know--I am a way slower loser than I used to be and faster gainer. I can put on 2 lbs a day easily. and I am lucky to lose 2 lbs a week. are you taking omega 3? I found that helped with weight loss. I also have heard good things about green tea and plan to cut out coffee and sub green tea for my hundred days. the tendonitis is calming down, thanks for the good thoughts.
