Tues/Wednesday: Off days, scheduled due to commute
Thursday: Ill with killer headache
Friday: 20 min swim, 30 min walking
Saturday: 90 min bike ride, 20 min yoga
Sunday: 60 min walk
Monday: 65 min walk

I need to get back into just getting up, dressed and moving!! I think I need to start using hubby's iPod and put it on as soon as I open my eyes to some upbeat tunes to get me going.

Congratulationssss to all of you on the workouts.....the miles, the hiit, etc. Lewis,,,I see your doing the couch25k....wtg girl.
