I guess I kind of met my goal. I definitely averaged more than 2.5 hr cardio & 45 min strength-training/week, but did NOT manage to get in stretches every day. Not even close.
I'm still sorting all of this out. Except for my gym classes I don't have any kind of routine and that is dragging down my effort. ESPECIALLY when I am away from home. I need to re-think my plan.

FSA-Okay, I met my 300 minutes goal, my C25K goal, and my cardio goal, so can you please mark me down for those.
The core/strength was a gray area some weeks, so I cannot claim that goal was met. That's another thing to work on in August. I'm formulating goals for both threads so I can wrap my head around what I hope to accomplish in August.
