Pilates class was cancelled as our instructor didn't come in from the city today and silly us never checked so what to do when you're all in your workout gear and at the gym? Did weights yesterday so that's a no but there was a cardio kickbox class going on at the same time as the pilates so why not? First of all I realized two things, 1)don't do high intensity cardio at 8pm and try and pretend you're gonna sleep tonight and 2)I just may be in the best shape I have ever been in, I mean I sweat and even cursed a little but I did it all first try and it didn't feel impossible, just unfamiliar, it was great. Now for that sleeping problem...

Thanks FSA, I pretty much smell like a nasty old gym shoe most of the time but I'm learning to love the results.
